Final Sale
All sales are final sale. We are a small business and printing each item individually, therefore we cannot accept any returns.
If your issue is related to the garment (i.e. damaged in shipping, misprinted, wrong item, etc.) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file set up a replacement. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to email us at support@shopafters.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Foreign Taxes and Duties
Some countries may require an additional tax or duty which is the responsibility of the buyer. Your item may be held in customs until this issue is resolved.
Lost packages
All packages marked as delivered by the tracking courier are FINAL SALE. No refunds can be offered.
